Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We accept returns with full refund for defective products , Wrong size, wrong color sent by us only. If the wrong choice was caused by costumer we can only accept exchange of product with no refund where the costumer will support the exchange shipping cost on their own which can cost from 17 dollars to 27 dollar domestic shipping and 35 dollars to 75 dollars international shipping outside of USA.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused & unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will not be able to accept returns if the product seals have been broken.
To start a return, you can contact us at Support@cardipaivabeauty.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, within 2 business day after we receive your email as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will receive a refund for the cost of the product. However please note that the cost of shipping will not be refunded as we would have already paid this to the courier to get the products to you in the first place. You will also be responsible for the cost of return shipping. The cost of return shipping is £13 for UK, $13.99 for US and $15.99 for rest of the world. This will be deducted from the refund given to you.
To clarify the refund you will receive will be total money paid, less initial shipping cost, less return shipping cost.
Also for damage items or not caused by shipping carrier. If any items was sent out and was not received, the costumer should contact the carrier agency in your track order email link sent when the order was sent out to your destination address.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards or store credits
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
